Description of SMS use cases: Serene Labs sends SMS messages for the following purposes: appointment confirmations and reminders for scheduled strategy calls, follow-up messages related to your inquiry, onboarding updates and instructions, and service-related notifications relevant to your account.
Opt-out instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message and data rate disclosure: Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.
Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Serene Labs is not responsible for any delays caused by your mobile carrier.

Service fees are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and outlined in individual service agreements. Payment methods include bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and other agreed methods.
The Serene Labs brand, logo, website content, and all materials are the exclusive property of Serene Labs and protected under applicable law.
Serene Labs treats all client business information as strictly confidential. All data handling complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Serene Labs does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of bookings, leads, or revenue increases.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Serene Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
We may modify these Terms at any time with at least 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
